It’s Magnet Monday! (I’ll be posting magnetic poetry here on Monday’s from now on!)
Please refer to The Muchness for all future Magnetic Poetry Posts! :)
Why Do I Do This So Much?
Click to read about the unfortunate fate of this blog, and the return of The Most Music. Sorryz, guys!
The Poetry Cafe is located in Covent Garden, London, UK. The cafe is the “public face” of The Poetry Society where you can go to learn more about the society or go for a quiet place to read and write, enjoy a vegetarian meal, coffee and dessert or attend the nightly poetry readings.
Hm, this looks like a REALLY AWESOME PLACE! I sadly did not get a chance to write a magnetic poem today, but I’m thinking if I had a place like this to work in, I’d write so many magnetic poems that I would be able to update this blog with 6 new posts everyday until the end of the world. (That is, guessing that the world will end in like, 40 billion years from now. Whatever, I’m just saying, I’d write a lot of magnetic poetry to share with the world if I lived in the UK and were surrounded by epic literary sanctuaries such as this one!) O.K., I’ll stop making excuses now and go write some poems for tomorrow!
“Accept the things to which fate binds you, and love the people with whom fate brings you together, but do so with all your heart.” - Marcus Aurelius.
Goodbye fridge, hello bulletin board!
So as you can all see from today’s entries, Magnetismz is no longer coming to you from the refrigerator. From now on, this blog will be brought to you via my bulletin board, which is pretty darn nifty if I do say so myself. Click the link to head over to Magnetismz Facebook page to take a look at what else is sticking to my bulletin board besides a bunch of words! Comment and let me know what you think! Hint: You will find James Dean, Shakespearian insults, and maybe even something having to do with Gilmore Girls. (Bonus points if you can tell me which magnet would be Rory’s favorite!) Go!
